SHANA BARSON
Shana is the President and CEO of SolFlexus LLC, a company recognized for its innovative solutions in coating restoration and solar. Shana is a dynamic leader, known for her strength, determination, and unwavering commitment to her team and company vision. With 15 years experience in commercial construction, and several flagship projects under her belt, her level of commitment is second to none. Her leadership style is both inspiring and supportive, fostering a culture where employees are encouraged to grow and succeed. Shana's passion for excellence and her kind-hearted approach make her a respected figure both within SolFlexus and the broader business community. Shana is also a member of National Women in Roofing, NWIR.
CHUCK FARNHAM
Chuck is Managing Partner at SolFlexus LLC. With a stong background in customer relations, his role is building relationships with new and existing clients, product manufacturers, and contractors. Previously, he owned and operated a commercial paint contracting company that serviced the QSR business community. During the 20 year ownership, his company completed over 1,600 building paint projects, along side with roofing projects.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren. He also enjoys playing music, fishing, and hunting.
MATTHEW LOMBARD
Matt is the Director of Operations for SolFlexus LLC. Matt brings over 15 years of managing experience, customer relations, and an industry expert in all facets of roofing and solar. He has a strong commitment to ensuring all projects he touches are done accurately, safely, in a timely manner, and with a great satisfaction to all his clients. He has an extensive amount of flagship projects completed, handling all logistics and on-site management, taking ownership of every project and all the encompassing facets of each individual project. He has a passion for exceeding expectations and delivering a quality project while being a great team leader and go-to guru of commercial construction and roofing.
AUGUST VERNON
August is the Creative Director of Rooftop Logo & Mural Design for SolFlexus LLC.
August Vernon is an accomplished artist and muralist specializing in rooftop logos and grand-scale mural design. His work can be seen on many prominent buildings and landmarks, with clients ranging from Hilton Hotels to CSX Railroad, the NFL, as well as many other top organizations.
Among his career highlights, August created the world’s largest collage mural, a groundbreaking project whose process is documented on the SolFlexus website. Known for pushing the boundaries of scale and durability, he developed an innovative system that combines industrial-grade rooftop coatings with UV-resistant mural paints. This unique approach ensures that his works not only makes a powerful visual statement but also withstands weathering and aging for years to come.
Through his expertise and vision, August continues to redefine what is possible in large-scale public art, leaving a lasting impression across skylines and cityscapes worldwide. His work is also a testament to building rooftops being a new frontier for advertising, proving that the sky itself can serve as a canvas for bold creative expression and impactful brand visibility.
